The 41st annual Red River Revel Arts Festival, the largest outdoor arts festival in North Louisiana, will take place October 1-8, 2016 on the riverfront in downtown Shreveport, LA. The festival features 108 artist booths; 25 food booths; morning and afternoon arts education programs; exhibits; and music and performing arts programs on three outdoor stages. The goal of the festival is to provide the general populace a celebration of the Arts that brings them the finest in visual and performing arts experiences.
